Our return policy varies depending on the location.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all the tags and must be contained in the original packaging. In addition, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage and problems
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. In this way, we will be able to evaluate the problem and make sure to solve it.
We reserve the right to evaluate the evidence provided and refuse reimbursements in case of damage caused by improper use.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). In addition, we do not accept the return of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of promotional items or gift vouchers.
Substitutions
The fastest way to ensure that you receive what you want is to return the item received and, when the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day reflection period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all the tags and must be contained in the original packaging. In addition, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
For customers outside the European Union, reimbursement is provided only in case of defective, damaged or undelivered product, subject to photographic documentation/proof. No physical return required.
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. In case of approval, within 14 days you will receive the automatic refund through the original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or company that issued the credit card to process and make the refund visible.
